Personal Coaching
How you benefit from coaching:
- Being listened to non-judgmentally and in confidence by someone completely independent of your family, friends, work colleagues etc.
- Increasing your awareness of your situation, behaviour, options, values, limiting beliefs and potential
- Focusing in detail on what you want to achieve and setting effective goals
- Being held to account for the actions you decide to take in the direction of your goal
- Having your self-esteem and confidence boosted
- Becoming more self-reliant and having the skill and motivation to coach yourself once the coaching relationship has ended
Personal coaching can take place either face-to-face or over the phone.
Telephone coaching usually lasts for between 45 minutes and an hour.
The first phone session may be a little longer.
And face-to-face sessions tend to be about an hour to an hour and a half.
Clients usually book between four and six weekly or fortnightly sessions.
We’re flexible about this and will work with whatever suits you.
